Bites of Tartare® Nuts & Pieces of Almonds, button mushrooms and smoked duck breast


Easy and quick to prepare, the Walnut and Almond Tartare aperitif, button mushrooms and smoked duck breast.

15 minutes of preparation, 5 minutes of cooking

Ingredients for 4 persons :

  • 1 jar of Tartare® Nuts & Almond Chips 150g
  • 6 slices of sandwich bread
  • 16 slices of smoked duck breast
  • 6 button mushrooms
  • Cocoa Powder
  • Salt flower
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 1 teaspoon of walnut oil

Bites of Tartare® Nuts & Pieces of Almonds, button mushrooms and smoked duck breast

Toast the sandwich bread and cut 16 circles, each about 3 cm in diameter, using a cookie cutter.

Place the Tartare® Walnut & Almond Chips in the center of the toasts using a pastry bag, along with a few slices of button mushroom and a slice of smoked duck breast.

Add a drizzle of walnut oil, fleur de sel, pepper and sprinkle lightly with cocoa.

Tip: you can add a slice of black truffle or summer truffle, depending on the season.
