Vegetarian raclette


Both delicious and original, this vegetarian raclette recipe is a great alternative to the classic raclette recipe.

Ingredients for 4 persons

  • 200 g of chard
  • 1 small pumpkin
  • 1/2 beet chioggia
  • 1 Merzer® (cheese)
  • 10 cl of liquid cream
  • Freshly ground pepper

Vegetarian raclette

- Wash, peel and steam all the vegetables while keeping them firm.

- Cut all the cooked vegetables and the cheese into strips.

Preheat the oven to 210 ° C (th. 7).

- In a gratin dish, place the chopped chard, arrange the other vegetables on top, alternating with the cheese, like a tian. Pour in the cream, pepper and place in the oven for a few minutes until lightly browned.

- Enjoy immediately.

Vary the vegetables: parsnips, sweet potatoes, celery, etc., will pair perfectly with cheese.
