Persimon, endive and smoked salmon tapas


It is in the fall that persimmon, this delicious fruit, colors bare trees and allows you to make new recipes.

As an aperitif or even as a starter, here are the persimon, endive and smoked salmon tapas.

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 1 persimon khaki
  • 6 sheets ofendives
  • 2 slices of smoked salmon, cut into strips
  • 1 lime
  • 1 onion new with his rod
  • Olive oil of the picual variety
  • Salt pepper.

Place a thin slice of smoked salmon in the endive leaf,

Cut the persimmon into small cubes and place them on this strip,

Add the grated lime using a micro-grater, thin slices of new onion,

Season with a dash of olive oil, salt and pepper.
