Sea bream, or sea bream, is a fish that goes perfectly with cider, especially when accompanied by delicious citrus fruits.
Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 1 large sea bream, filleted
- 25 cl of raw cider
- 1 untreated lemon
- 1 big onion
- 1 branch of celery with its leaves
- 25g butter
- 3 tbsp. oil soup
- 1 C. tablespoon seeds coriander
- Salt pepper.
Cider sea bream recipe
Wash and dry the lemon. Take the zest, blanch it for 5 minutes in boiling water and drain. Cut the fruit into slices.
Slice the celery, cut it into small sections. Wash and dry the leaves, tear them roughly.
Peel and mince the onion.
Sauté the celery and onion for 10 min in a pan with the butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Preheat the oven, thermostat 6 (180 °).
Place a fillet of sea bream, skin against an oiled dish. Sprinkle with lemon zest, onions, celery and cilantro.
Place the other fillet on top. Drizzle with the remaining oil, season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with the cider and cook in the oven for 25 minutes.
Serve with fresh pasta or potatoes steam. Enjoy with raw cider
