Cheesecake with chestnut jam


Here is the cheesecake, revised and corrected, with chestnut jam. As easy as it is quick to prepare, this dessert should delight your taste buds.

Ingredients for 6 people:

  • 100 g of shortbread
  • 1 jar of Bonne Maman chestnut jam
  • 400 g plain cream cheese
  • 50 g butter
  • 50 cl of fresh cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 50 g sugar

Chestnut jam cheesecake recipe

  • Mix the shortbread and mix them with the softened butter.
  • Distribute the preparation in the bottom of a 20 cm springform pan.
  • Beat the cream cheese and crème fraîche with the sugar, then add the eggs one by one to obtain a smooth paste.
  • Pour the mixture into the mold, then bake for 40 minutes at 170 ° C.
  • Let stand 4 hours in the fridge.
  • Before serving, cover the cheesecake with chestnut jam.
