Ingredients (for 12 muffins):
- 2 eggs
- 175 g sugar
- Bonne Maman® Raspberry Jam
- 100 g butter
- 250g of flour
- 1 packet of dry yeast
- 1 pinch of salt
> In a first dish, beat the eggs with the sugar. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.
> In a second container, mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt then incorporate everything into the previous preparation.
