Bonne Maman® Raspberry Jam Heart Muffins

Ingredients (for 12 muffins):

  • 2 eggs
  • 175 g sugar
  • Bonne Maman® Raspberry Jam
  • 100 g butter
  • 250g of flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 1 pinch of salt

> In a first dish, beat the eggs with the sugar. Melt the butter and add it to the mixture.

> In a second container, mix the flour, baking powder and a pinch of salt then incorporate everything into the previous preparation.

> In the muffin molds, fill 1/3 of the mold with the dough, then add a spoonful of Bonne Maman® Raspberry Jam and finish by covering with the dough.

> Bake for 20/25 minutes in the oven at 180 ° C (Thermostat 6).
