Korean White Forsythia


White forsythia is a nice alternative to the famous golden yellow forsythia by bringing a touch of creamy white to your garden, balcony or terrace.

Planting white forsythia

All you need to know about white forsythia

Native to Korea, white forsythia offers magnificent blooms in late winter or early spring, around February-March.

The scent of its flowers is reminiscent of almonds, and it particularly appeals to bees who like to forage on them.

The lifespan of its flowers is relatively short but it will be widely noticed and will brighten up your magnificent gardens in preview ...

Its small size makes it an ideal shrub for building low hedges.

The white Forsythia is often found isolated but also in groups, in beds or in flowered hedges.

Tip about white forsythia

In winter, you can mulch the foot of white forsythia to protect the roots from the cold, prevent weed growth and provide the soil with the organic matter it needs.
