25 cl of olive oil
4 cloves of garlic
It is very easy and fast to make your own pesto, here's how:
- Start by hulling the leaves
- Crush the pods or pass them through a chopper
- Add all the leaves of basil
- Crush everything again in order to have a homogeneous mixture
- Add olive oil
- To mix everything
- Reserve in the fridge
A variation is to add 2 tablespoons of Parmesan and 2 tablespoons of pine nuts and crush them with the rest. This will give you pesto!
