Ingredients for 4 persons :
- 600 g of beef with bourguignon
- 1 broccoli
- 4 beautiful carrots
- 10 cl of white wine
- Olive oil
- Salt pepper
Beef stir-fry recipe with vegetables, broccoli and carrots
Start by cutting the meat into thin strips so that you get pieces no more than 1/2 cm thick.
Heat the olive oil in the wok or in the dish you have available for this recipe.
- Brown the meat on all sides
- Lower the heat to bring it back to low heat
- Add white wine
- Cook 10 min
- Peel the carrots
- Cut the broccoli into tops
- Add the vegetables to the meat and continue cooking for another 10 minutes
- Salt, pepper
The beef stir-fry is ready to serve. It can be served with rice or simply served plain with mustard for example.
